What this site is
TorontoNightclubs.com is an independent guide to Toronto nightlife. Rankings, reviews and descriptions are our editorial opinion, based on our own visits and research. Hours, prices, dress codes, cover, music and lineups change constantly and are set by the venues, not us. Check with the venue before you go if something matters to you.
Guestlists
Putting your name on a guestlist through this site is a request, not a guarantee. Entry is always at the door’s discretion. Venues can turn away anyone for dress, ID, capacity, conduct or any other reason, and can change or cancel lists at any time. We pass your request along and confirm what we can; we are not responsible for a venue’s decision at the door, its pricing, or its service.
You must be 19+
The venues we cover are licensed and require valid government photo ID. You must be of legal drinking age in Ontario to use the guestlist features.
Acceptable use
Don’t scrape the site, interfere with it, submit requests on behalf of people who didn’t ask you to, or use it for anything unlawful. Give us accurate details; a guestlist entry under a wrong name or number will not get you in. Don’t reproduce our rankings, reviews, photos or copy without permission; they belong to us or our licensors.
Text messages
If you give us your number for a guestlist, we may text you confirmations and reminders about that request. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
Third-party sites and venues
We link to venues, ticket sellers, reservation platforms and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their terms or what happens on their premises.
No warranties, limited liability
The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate but make no guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free, or that any venue will admit you or honour a request. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your night out, including anything that happens at a venue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
