Everyside opened in September 2025 at the base of 120 Adelaide West, from Warm Welcome Hospitality — the group behind Saint John's Tavern, Melrose on Adelaide and Piccolo Caffe e Vino. The concept is deliberately unfancy: a “neighbourhood hangout” dropped into a neighbourhood of bank towers, with more than 40 taps, a scratch kitchen, a big patio, and hours (11am–2am daily) that outlast almost everything else in the Financial District.
The tap wall is the anchor — house-brewed Easy Lager, Easy Amber and Easy IPA alongside rotating Toronto breweries and international guests — and the kitchen, run by chef Stefan Skeene, is better than taphouse standard: burrata and tartare shareables, the Adelaide Smash Burger, steak frites, bowls, and sourdough pizzas with a gluten-free option. The value programming is relentless: happy hour twice a day (2–5pm and 9pm–2am), all-day happy-hour pricing on Tuesdays, and a weekly rotation — $10 martini Mondays, half-price wine bottles Wednesdays, $20 burger-and-beer Fridays, $35 all-you-can-eat wings Sundays.
What it isn't is a nightlife venue in the club sense — no DJs, no dance floor, no door. Friday and Saturday late are steady rather than raucous, and the 9pm–2am happy hour makes it a smart last stop rather than a main event. The energy peak is actually Thursday after work, when the towers empty into the room.
Bottom line: the most usable group venue in the Financial District — book a long table, split pizzas, work through the tap wall. If the night needs a dance floor later, the Entertainment District is a ten-minute walk west, and the late happy hour will still be running when you stumble back.
