Editorial corrections, venue tips, programming updates, press — everything that isn't a booking goes to the same place. We read all of it.
The fastest way to reach the editorial team is editorial@torontonightclubs.com. We respond within 48 hours on weekdays and update venue pages weekly based on what comes in.
Editorial — corrections, tips, updates
Found something wrong on a venue page? Email us. Wrong address, outdated music format, closed venue we haven't updated, dress code that's changed, ownership change, anything — we'd rather hear it than be politely incorrect. Every correction gets sourced in the "How we verify this page" section on the venue page so the next reader knows it's been updated.
Got a programming update? New resident DJ, new weekly night, new bottle minimum, schedule change — send it. We update venue pages weekly based on operator input and reader tips. We don't require press releases or PDF kits. Plain email is fine.
Story tip? A new opening, a closing, a venue change-of-hands, a door-staff issue worth surfacing — email editorial@torontonightclubs.com. The contributor whose beat fits handles it; the editorial team coordinates internally on coverage. Anonymous tips are welcome, but we verify before publishing — see the methodology page for our verification standards.
Guestlist or bottle service requests
Don't email the editorial address for bookings — we don't process them. Every venue we cover has a booking form on its own page that routes directly to the venue or to our booking partner. Use the form on the specific venue page for fastest confirmation. The form captures your group size, date, vibe, and budget; we relay it to the venue and confirm back within 24 hours.
If you don't know which venue you want yet, the Toronto Club Picker matches you to rooms based on your date, group, music, vibe, and budget. Cleanest path from "we need a place for Saturday" to a confirmed booth.
Press & partnerships
We don't run a separate press address. Press, partnership, and venue-relationship inquiries all go through editorial@torontonightclubs.com. The contributor whose beat covers your venue handles the conversation, with editorial-collective oversight on coverage decisions.
For advertising / sponsorship inquiries, see the Advertise page for our independence policy and what we will and won't do.
For venue-submission inquiries (you operate a Toronto venue and want to be considered for coverage), see Submit a Venue for the criteria and process.
Corrections process
If a fact on this site is wrong, the correction process is short. Email us with the specific page and what's wrong. We verify against the source we originally used. If the correction is confirmed, the page is updated within 48 hours and the change is logged in the "How we verify this page" section on the venue page (every venue page has one). Significant factual corrections that change the editorial verdict are also flagged at the top of the page for 30 days so returning readers see the update.
We don't quietly edit pages without acknowledging it. Source transparency is part of the editorial methodology. Read more in Editorial Standards.
